Getting back to full fitness after 3 weeks off is pretty difficult, if you try too hard you simply risk injuring yourself almost immediately. Yet with a half marathon looming and effectively 2/3 weeks to get back on song it is proving hard.
After starting out soon and following all the RICE guides I am getting back to full fitness, maybe 80% there at current but the final 20% absence is pretty obvious to me.
I hope with a few more runs I can start increasing the KM’s.
